I had a leak into my kitchen from either the roof, the siding or the windows. I have had 4 separate reputable companies in Ottawa come to investigate and locate the leak over the past 3 months to investigate (2 roofing companies, 1 large restoration company, and 1 glass / window repair). None could find the leak, even after multiple visits, and continued leaking (over 3 months!!). I then called Joey. He was very polite and professional. He and Mo came into my house the next day (very fast!), and found the leak within 10 minutes. He even did a quick demonstration with a glass of water to confirm the source of the leak. Joey gave me excellent advice on further repairs. I have since been able to stop the leak and can now move on with the repair of my ceiling, and kitchen. I would definitely recommend calling Joey for roof or window leak issues.

After the derecho our roof was heavily damaged. Monarchy provided our insurance with a fast professional quote which allowed our claim to proceed. The work they did was top shelf and we feel confident that our new roof will hold up to whatever comes our way.
